Ronnie Newsome Wins in Wild West Style Shootout

Special thanks to: Ryan Williams and Woody Hazel for all their help this past weekend.

Videos to follow so keep checking back until all are posted.

This past weekend at Needmore Speedway, it proved to be an old West style showdown with heavy racing, flared tempers, and fierce determination. In the late model division Stacey Roberts made quick use of his super fast Bloomquist chassis race car by sweeping to the front and keeping the lead till the checkered flags dropped. In limiteds, Cole Exum made his debut as a frontrunner by winning his first feature of the season. The hobby division proved to be the main card for the night with fans lining the fence to see what would happen next and they were not disappointed. A battle quickly ensued and positions on the track were swapped with every lap. After some intense competition, "The Comeback Kid", Ronnie Newsome took the checkered flag for his second win of the season. In superstreet, Michael Ford was back in form by taking charge of the field and coming across the finish line in first. The newest division at Needmore, the Old School Late Models, raced their second race of the season and had fireworks during and after the race with Needmore Late Model regular, Lavon Sloan winning. The Enduro division was another exciting race to cap off the night and had fans still chomping at the bit for more action. Ryan Hembree kept his momentum going from last year to grab his first win of the 2013 season. It proved to be a wild night and much to the fans' delight. The next race on May 4th will have everyone coming back so we can all find out the answer to our question, "What will happen next?".
