EAMS Late Model:
1 - #27 Larry Harrod brought an atom bomb to a pillow fight tonight with his new Longhorn chassis with Bobby Thomas horsepower - started 6th and was leading within 6 laps - awesome job!
2 - #00 Jay Elliott looked as good tonight as he has all year - this finish brought him into a tie for 2nd in points, but I THINK he lost the tie-breaker (# of wins) to #110 Ricky Culpepper.
3 - #55 Montana Dudley drove an outstanding race coming from a 17th place start after no hot laps and no time trials due to a header problem.
4 - #110 Slick Rick Culpepper ran a very competitive race, working the high line early on, to garner another top 5 finish, ending up only 3 points behind Championship winner #K9 Dana Eiland.
5 - #4 Dusty Jones - a solid finish among the best EAMS has to offer.
10 - #K9 Dana Eiland - picks up his 2nd Championship in 3 years - not bad for a 66 year old....

Marc Gooden

Limited Late Model:
1 - #79 Marc Gooden wins his first victory in 10 tries at EAMS this season withstanding torrid pressure from #19 Josh Cox and #66 Russell Welch.
2 - #19 Josh Cox - in only 6 races this year he has 3 wins, 1 second, and 2 fourths.
3 - #66 Russell Welch - in just 4 races this year he won 2, finished 3rd once, and 6th the other time. He and Josh hotly contested 2nd place, just behind the winner.
4 - #5 Rodgerick Dykes now has a 2nd and a 5th in two tries.
5 - #42 Jake Traylor locked up his Championship with another top 5 finish - 12 of them for the season.

Richie Grantham

Hobby:
1 - #31 Richie Grantham first held of #99 Randy Renfroe, who pitted with a flat tire, and then #17 Jason Price who challenged for the win in a side-by-side battle to the finish line. Congratulations on his first win in a Hobby car and his 3rd place finish in the points!
2 - #17 Jason Price capped his Championship season with his 4th consecutive top 2 finish, missing the victory by less than a fender.
3 - #294 John Michael Schmear had a hard crash in his heat race, but came from the back in the feature to secure 2nd place in the points.
4 - #A18 Johnathon Archer back at EAMS for the 1st time since the season opener runs well and secures a top 5 finish.
5 - #99 Chance Renfroe in his first year in the Hobby class locks down his 3rd top 5 finish.

Cameron Metts

NeSmith Street Stock:
1 - #07 Cameron Metts showed up and showed out, taking his 3rd win in 5 EAMS starts.
2 - #69 Jason Harrison (Sandra Cockrill Harrison) not only lands his 13th top 5 finish in 14 starts, but claims the Championship by a mere 3 points over #21 Derick Schrecengost after a tight battle all season long.
3 - #21 Derick Schrecengost comes up one position short in his bid for the Championship, giving it a valiant effort - nothing to be ashamed of here!
4 - #36 V.j V.j. McDonald moves up to 4th in points with his 3rd straight top 5 finish.
5 - #12 Trey Barnes finally registers a top 5 finish in his 5th try.

Chandler Diem

Road Warrior: (THESE RESULTS ARE UNOFFICIAL PENDING A PROTEST OF THE 999 BY THE 17)
1 - #999 Chandler Diem finishes up a remarkable Championship season in which he never finished worse than 3rd in 15 races, and that was only once.
2 - #17 Brian Bo Robinson grabs his first 2nd place finish of the season. (IF THE PROTEST OF 999 RESULTS IN A DQ, THE 17 WILL BE THE CHAMPION.)
3 - #16 Robert Price - a 7th, a 6th, and now a 3rd in 3 starts at EAMS this year.
4 - #81 Blake Halford registers a top 5 finish in his first start at EAMS.
5 - #18 Tyler Wolters - 4 top five finishes in 4 tries.

Lee Hutchinson

Hot Shots:
1 - #28 Lee Hutchinson comes back from barrel rolling this car at Penton last night to win again - his 3rd in his last 3 starts - amazing!
2 - #51 Robert Hutchinson - yep, Lee's brother makes it a 1-2 finish for the family, far ahead of the 3rd place car - these guys are in a class of their own.
3 - #95 Robert Messer Jr - 1st in the "non-Hutchinson" class.....
4 - #22 Jackson Thomason takes this spot in a photo finish with #42.
5 - #42 Jason Newsome takes another top 5 finish - 6 out of 8 tries.
7 - #10G Rodney Gorman takes home the Championship - congrats!
